Terms of Service

1. The service

RieSyncD is a WhatsApp-based service that helps you produce LinkedIn posts from voice notes and short text. We draft posts and publish them to your linked LinkedIn account only after you explicitly approve each one.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian where lower local ages of digital consent apply) and able to enter a binding agreement to use RieSyncD.

3. Your account

Your account is identified by your WhatsApp phone number. You're responsible for your account's activity and for keeping your linked LinkedIn account secure. Tell us immediately at bright@riesyncd.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use RieSyncD to publish content that is illegal, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, harassing, infringing, or otherwise harmful.
• Don't impersonate someone you are not, or post content you don't have the right to share.
• Don't attempt to interfere with the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to abuse WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or any third-party platform.
• Comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy and LinkedIn's User Agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Content ownership

You own the content you send us and the posts that get published to your LinkedIn. By using RieSyncD you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the service (drafting, publishing, support, billing, and improving drafting quality).

6. Pricing, billing, refunds

Plans and pay-per-post pricing are shown on our website and may change with notice. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Pay-per-post credits are non-refundable once used. If something goes clearly wrong on our side, contact us and we'll make it right.

7. Third-party services

RieSyncD depends on WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Google Cloud, Groq, Paystack, and Stripe. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions of those platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms.

8. Disclaimers

RieSyncD is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated drafts will be accurate, suitable for any purpose, or always sound exactly like you. You are responsible for reviewing each draft before approving it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RieSyncD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You can stop using RieSyncD any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of South Africa unless local consumer law gives you a stronger right.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on WhatsApp or this page; the "last updated" date above will always reflect the most recent revision.
